3/4 cup Olivari Mediterranean Classic Olive Oil
4 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp White Papper
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
2 whole Eggs
1 and 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
1) Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
2) Whisk together Olivari Mediterranean Classic Olive Oil, sugar, and eggs. Slowly fold in dry ingredients.
3) Roll dough into 1” balls and arrange on baking sheet. Sprinkle with more cinnamon and brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-14 minutes.
