MINI FISH TACOS

1/4 cup Olivari Mediterranean Classic Olive Oil
2 filets Mahi Mahi
1/4 cup Romaine Shredded
2 tbsp Red Onion Diced
2 tbsp Cilantro
2 tbsp Sour Cream
6 whole Corn Tortilla
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Paprika

1/4 cup Olivari Mediterranean Classic Olive Oil
2 filets Mahi Mahi
1/4 cup Romaine Shredded
2 tbsp Red Onion Diced
2 tbsp Cilantro
2 tbsp Sour Cream
6 whole Corn Tortilla
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Paprika


1) In a medium sauté pan, heat Olivari Mediterranean Olive Oil. Toss diced Mahi Mahi with cumin and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2) Cut 3” diameter circle out of tortillas, heat in a dry pan for 30 seconds.
3) Top tortilla with shredded romaine, Mahi Mahi, diced red onion, cilantro, and sour cream and serve.
