1/4 cup Olivari Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 lb Calamari
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cornmeal
1 tsp Cayenne
2 cups Buttermilk
1/4 cup Cherry Peppers
1/4 cup Banana Peppers
1/2 cup Feta
1) Soak calamari in buttermilk for 24 hours. Combine dry ingredients, drain calamari and toss in dry mixture.
2) Deep fry for 1-2 minutes.
3) Remove from fryer and let calamari sit for 1 minute, toss with Olivari Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil, peppers, and feta.
